LOCATION
The plot is in a safe area about 15 km from Delmas, 4 km from Eloff with no informal settlement nearby. The plot is surrounded by several plots that specialize in growing vegetables using pivot irrigation, as well as a broiler plant.
THE FARM OFFERS THE FOLLOWING:
INTENSIVE SHEEP FARMING: Infrastructure for intensive sheep farming with 8 fenced sheep camps with water troughs and covered feed troughs in each camp, as well as accommodation for indoor lambing pens. Eragrostis (3 ha) was planted in some of the grazing camps. It is possible to farm comfortably with 300 ewes.
FREE RANGE EGG FARMING: Currently farming with 300 free-range laying hens which produce about 250 eggs per day. One grazing camp also provides indoor housing for the chickens.
PECAN NUT FARMING: 100 pecan trees in good production - 12 years old. There is a possibility to increase the number of trees.
VEGETABLE FARMING: At present no vegetables are grown, but the area, land and water are suitable for growing vegetables successfully.

HOUSING
MAIN HOUSE: 2 Separate thatched dwellings with skylights. These characterful houses with beautiful finishes, carefully planned and designed by the owner himself have a warm atmosphere.
