LOCATION:

LAND:
Approximately 340 ha arable land, previously cultivated, of which a significant portion has now either been converted to planted pastures or returned to natural grazing.
24 ha irrigated lands (15.5 ha and 9.5 ha) equipped with 2 pivots.
GRAZING:
The grazing is clean and of top quality, where good grazing practices are maintained.
The grazing is divided into approximately 30 camps, each with access to water and/or troughs in every camp.

There are approximately 364 cows and 48 heifers (Bonsmara and Beefmaster breeds). Around 60 replacement heifers that will be ready for breeding next summer.
Approximately 450 Dormer ewes (including 50 young ewes). Around 80 of the ewes are stud or classified as B ewes. There are also about 64 Meatmaster ewes.
There are no persons with permanent residence on the farm.
The seller is VAT registered, and if applicable, VAT will be added to the purchase price.
