LOCATION
The farm is 45 km from Theunissen and 36 km from Welkom in a safe area.

WATER
The Sand River flows through the farm. (3 km riverfront)
There are 66,9 ha water rights from the Sandvet canal scheme.
41 ha are currently under pivot irrigation.
